Data processors: Byte River Ltd, trading as Flock Link, 13 Harbury Road, Henleaze House Business Centre, Bristol, England, BS9 4PN

This data processor does the following activities for us: They provide and manage our church management software and mobile app.

We have a joint controller relationship with Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance (EFGA). We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: We work with EFGA for the effective running of the church and its mission activities, processing of Gift Aid and for general reporting purposes.

Children’s Privacy

We collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 through written consent from parents or guardians. If You are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our systems.

Our children's services and activities are presented in a suitable form and can be understood by them. This could include using bite-sized information, diagrams, logos, videos or interactive content that will attract and interest children. We believe this complies with the ICO’s guidance on designing data transparency for children.

Our children's services and activities are conducted on-premise and we don’t provide any online services to children.
